What our customers say about our Dr. Z amps. This was on the Gear Page and posted by Paul D.. Thanks Paul!

I just purchased a Maz 38 2/10 no reverb. I must say I am blown away how good it sounds. I have been playing Dr z amps for about 4 years now. I have a 4/10 Z28, and a RT 66- 2/12 cab. I wanted to share what I discovered with this amp. I had a Maz 38 2/12 reverb. If anyone has a Maz 38, and wished it had a little more gain, this is your answer. For some reason the no reverb model has way more gain than the reverb model. It actually has more bottom end too. The 2/10 is smaller and 20 lb's lighter. With my Anderson Tele plugged straight in, every note just sings! I must say I loved my Maz38 reverb, but I always wished it had just a touch more gain and sustain. I also want to mention I purchased my amps from the Guitar Attic, in Holly Hill Fl. Randy is the Dr.Z dealer in Central Fl. Randy is a great guy to do buisness with. Very fair. Rare to find these days. Just wanted to share my find with everyone.

Hey Randy,
The new MAZ Sr redhead sounds tremendous. Not as good through my own 2x12 cab as it did in your store through the Marshall checkerboard wonder! That cab is unreal. Anyway, got to play it at length today (instead of watching hurricane updates) and I'm really enjoying it. This amp is underrated  by humbucker players but I'm tellin' ya....my Guild Blues Bird sounds like gold through the MAZ. I think it might even be a tad sweeter than the blonde I traded...

Thanks, Joe King
